Violence and Agression in Care Settings.

Violence and Aggresson is often an experience many staff encounter in the care setting.

In these sessions we look at factors that contribute to violent and aggressive behaviours and how we can manage this situations.

By the end of the sessions we will have looked at our part in the care of someone demonstrating aggressive behaviour, how we can reduce these occurances and then how to document these.
